Best Practices for Quantitative PCR
Quantitative PCR is an indispensable method for many molecular biological and especially diagnostic questions.
In this seminar, we share our expertise as a manufacturer of polymerases and master mixes for PCR and qPCR with the participants.
The seminar is based on the level of knowledge of the participants in terms of content and depth of presentation. It consists of a first part "Basics" (reagents, equipment, assay design, primer design) of approx. 60 min. followed by a lunch/coffee break of approx. 30-45 min. A second part of also approx. 60 min deals with "Advanced qPCR" (assay validation/optimization, common errors, troubleshooting, data analysis). In the final discussion, individual questions and problems of the participants can be addressed.
